In history the first definition of a secret garden was a “hortus conclusus”, it was identified in paintings represented by Virgin Maria waiting for the arrival of the angel Gabriel from the sky.
Our interpretation of the future secret garden is to get back to the origin with an altered point of view. The experience is to find the elements of the garden which are hidden in the forest. As Maria had 12 stars around her head, our visitors will be invited to discover the garden in the air. When they sit on the white steel lifted chairs, with the use of a binocular to watch our 12 elements all surrounding themselves. Each object is an element which is typical for a secret garden. The wild animals are welcome and they are not enemies anymore but friendly or even lovers: a chandelier made of glasses honey pots and steel cable; a raisin sculpture represents “the Wolf and Little Red Cape”; a big sailing pink rope creating a fantastic nest; painting on trunks represents a silhouette of a bear; a big plastic pink vase with 3 Gunnera manicata; a thin aluminum structure with hanging plastic rose flowers; wool blanket around a trunk; three trunks structure with parasite orchids: Sarracenia, Calipso bulbosa, Epidendrum ibaguense; paint on trunks represents several circles; a steel ball contains 4 Nimphaea; a high Steel table with welded tea pot set with in it planted 6 ferns and mosses.
