The Aurora building on the university campus in Wageningen was opened on the 30th of September. This new study accommodation for 2500 students was designed by LIAG Architects. The building is almost climate-neutral. The interior planting designed by LOOSvanVLIET contributes to the open, bright and healthy atmosphere that is so important for a study environment. There is a visual relationship between the tree planting inside and outside. The building, with its terraces, entrance to the underground bicycle storage and supply storage, is embedded in the landscape of 'the Green', the green heart of the Campus.
