The greenery in the Blaricummermeent is concentrated in a linear park that runs along the new river. The river is inspired by a side branch of the Eem that has run here centuries ago. The 2.5 kilometer long park connects the existing greenery in the neighboring neighborhood of Bijvanck with the recreation area Voorland Stichtsebrug. The reed banks along the river serve as an ecological connection to the Gooimeer nature reserves. The park is on the east side of the river but is accessible to all. It has a special setting of perennials and grasses, as well as some beautiful solitary park trees. The color of the plantation transforms from cultured fur in the south to natural green at the Gooimeer. The first part of the park has already been realized and the perennial borders are currently flourishing!
