The Stichtseweg park is an improvement of an ordinary green strip into a village park. By bordering the green strip with an earth wall, an intimate park space emerges with meandering paths and seasonal planting. The park also contains a perennial garden. The Bijvanck park is a renovation of an existing neighborhood park and is also the last part of the linear park which runs through the new neighborhood the Blaricummermeent. It is situated bordering the recently constructed river Meentstroom. The park contains meandering concrete paths where turning chairs are placed on spots where the path becomes wider. Apart from grass, the planting exists of perennials. It changes color throughout the park; the first part contains mostly yellow and white flowering perennials.
