Continuing from the urban plans and quality plans for the overall image for the Blaricummermeent, which were developed earlier, Martine van Vliet is supervisor and a member of the Q team together with Fred Kaaij, Mas Leijen en Berny Roeters. Park Triangel in Waddinxveen is a residential area for about 2700 houses. Seven different neighborhoods surround a park, which contains all facilities; this is the essence of Park Triangel. The neighborhoods differ in size but size wise they fit very well in the urban structure of Waddinxveen. A choice has been made to create a clear identity in architecture. This will be the foundation of the identity of the total area and it will create cohesion within the neighborhoods. The identity was translated into a number of main rules that apply for all the neighborhoods in the area. Every neighborhood can have its special addition through which an identity per neighborhood is created within the overall quality. It is about the total, with enough space for nuances within. Starting point for the quality of the overall image is a mix between Cottage and Garden village. The supervision team will see all plans from sketch design to definite design and the application for construction. The advice of the supervision team is also the architectural supervision advice.
